EA Comms - Draft Ticket Glitch

Yeah, I would have thought they’d post and pin it in both sections. It might have technically been a bug, but folks were posting about it here as well and “General Discussion” generally sees more traffic anyway. Again, thanks for thinking to post about it here.

Appreciate the info (and the disclaimer). May I ask why an EA representative can’t be bothered to deliver this message (in the forum THEY created for exactly this type of communication with the community)?

Note that I am not advocating whether this is a reasonable fix or not, I am merely passing on information.

Note also that I did not get the glitched reward, nor did I have any issues influence on the fix provided.

(ie. don’t shoot the messenger, because that’s all I am)
