@mendozzamagic -there has been no response from EA customer service in the game, did I not get a new year gift? oh *
@03iz4idy0x1w New year gift is still there - sometimes customer service takes a while - try them again now that new years has passed in most counties
until now I am still experiencing this problem, I have contacted customer service in the game but it redirected me here
