Extra time bug in Fc mobile.

I can't access the extra time feature in Fc Mobile, it's been like this since last week. I'm a android user, how can i fix it? Please help me fix the bug!

Before giving the steps a go, please make sure your game is backed up,and to jot down your User ID, so our support team can help you recover your game access just in case.

Once that's done, please check out these troubleshooting steps for Android devices.

    I edited your post to remove your User ID. It's best not to share that on a public forum. Keep it noted down somewhere safe for yourself. 

    Once you've double-checked your game is backed up, try the troubleshooting steps in the guide I shared earlier.
