Where and how to get more "Extra Time Tokens 01"? Extra Time Tokens 02 - I know how to get them, but I don't know where to get more from Tokens 01?

They are no longer available mate.. it's been 3-4 months atleast when Extra time tokens 2 replaced them, which are due to lapse on 29th April as well. There is a legacy exchange available to people who have those old tokens though to exchange for some low value players.
