COMMUNITY FEATURE REQUEST: INTRODUCING CAREER MODE AND AN IMPROVED MANAGER EXPERIENCE

Dear EA SPORTS FC Mobile Development Team,

First, thank you for the continued development of FC Mobile. The game has grown significantly, with improved gameplay, graphics, player cards, formations and tactical options.

However, there is one major feature that many football fans would love to experience: a proper Career Mode with full domestic league competitions and deeper club management.

We believe FC Mobile has the potential to offer much more than individual matches, Division Rivals and event-based challenges.

We would like to propose the following features.

1. DREAM TEAM CAREER MODE

Allow players to use their existing Ultimate Team squads to compete in complete domestic league seasons.

Players should be able to choose competitions such as:

• English Premier League.
• Spanish La Liga.
• German Bundesliga.
• Italian Serie A.
• French Ligue 1.

Each competition should have its authentic league structure, including fixtures, standings, points, goal differences, top scorers and season awards.

Players should compete for actual league championships rather than simply playing disconnected exhibition matches.

At the end of each season, players could receive rewards based on their achievements.

2. TRADITIONAL CLUB MANAGER CAREER

Introduce a separate Career Mode where players select an existing football club and manage it across multiple seasons.

Possible features include:

• Buying and selling players.
• Transfer windows.
• Contract negotiations.
• Youth academy and player development.
• Club finances and budgets.
• Squad rotation and player fitness.
• Domestic cups and continental competitions.
• League promotion and relegation.
• Manager reputation and achievements.

Players should be able to build their clubs over several seasons and establish their own football history.

3. IMPROVE THE EXISTING MANAGER MODE

We appreciate the existing Manager Mode, where players select formations, create lineups and establish tactical strategies while AI controls the match.

However, we believe players should have more freedom.

Our suggestion is to introduce three match options:

1. Manual Gameplay

Allow players to control their teams directly during Manager Mode matches, just as they do in regular FC Mobile matches.

1. AI Manager Gameplay

Keep the existing experience, where both teams play automatically according to their tactical instructions.

1. Quick Simulation

Allow players to simulate matches and receive the final results without watching the entire match.

This would give everyone the freedom to enjoy football according to their preferences.

4. AUTHENTIC FOOTBALL COMPETITIONS

Introduce complete domestic and international competitions, including:

• UEFA Champions League.
• Domestic league championships.
• Domestic cup competitions.
• Super Cups.

Include authentic competition structures, qualification systems, trophies and season statistics wherever licensing permits.

5. ONLINE COMPETITIVE LEAGUES

Allow players to compete against other human managers in organised league competitions.

Features could include:

• Online league tables.
• Seasonal rankings.
• Promotion and relegation.
• League awards.
• Championship trophies.
• Different competitive divisions.

This would give players something meaningful to work towards beyond individual matches.

6. MULTIPLE SEASONS AND LONG-TERM PROGRESSION

Career Mode should not end after one season.

Players should be able to continue managing their clubs, develop their squads, compete for new trophies and build long-term records.

Imagine starting with a mid-table club and eventually transforming it into a European champion.

That is the kind of football experience we would love to see.

WHY WE BELIEVE THIS MATTERS

FC Mobile already has an enormous football community.

Many players enjoy collecting cards, building Ultimate Team squads and competing in online matches. However, other players want a more traditional football experience.

We are not asking EA to remove existing game modes or replace Ultimate Team.

We are asking EA to expand the game and give players more ways to enjoy football.

Other football games have demonstrated that management-oriented experiences can attract players. FC Mobile has an opportunity to take this concept further by combining squad building, tactical management, manual gameplay and authentic football competitions.

OUR FINAL REQUEST

Please consider introducing a proper Career Mode in FC Mobile, alongside an improved Manager Mode that gives players the option to control matches themselves.

We believe these additions could make FC Mobile more engaging, rewarding and enjoyable for different types of football fans.

Football is more than collecting players and playing individual matches. It's about building a team, competing for trophies, managing a club and creating a legacy.

We hope the development team will consider this community request.
