Since June update, I have a lot of issues when playing manager mode. I have a team with all 104 players with all 30levels upgraded. And recently I keep loosing games to much lower rating teams, and more seriously, the passing of balls is unbelievably wrong, almost 5 -10 passed each game are either to the other side or outside. There must be something with the game and manger mode bug, it is so unfair and it needs to be fixed ASAP!!
Guys iam crying right now... What is going on in Manager mode.... Not even one pass is going as i wanted.... Players are just miss passing all the time... I was at legendary 1 rank but now i am at legendary 3...only because of the bad passing... I have 103 ovr team with max trained players... Still can't able to win any matches... I tried every possible tactics and still the result remains same.... If you guys can't fix this then what is the point of playing this game..... Please fix this ... Please.... Iam begging.... 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
If bad passing wasn't enough, players are scoring from 25 to 30 yards out. Keeper has unobstructed view and is still getting beat.
Please sort this out.

Passed out of play 16 times
Passed way too far in front of my player 20 times
8 goals conceded because my players passed to theirs for no reason
Passing set at miunium and Shooting at max, yet players pass around just outside the box instead of shooting when they have a clear shot.
This is my team yet players with 140+ passing can't make simple passes
I've tried 10 different custom settings but all are the same

Team rank 102 with all players ranks 20+, even the reserves
Lost all games but two that went even for two divisions in a row. I was ranked Legend 3 and now I'm in expert 2... what is going on

3 months EA have known about this issue yet nothing has been done about it.
3 months of asking for the passing to be fixed in MM and nothing has been done about

That's with 104 Toure, 103 Gullit, 103 Vieira, 103 Rodri, 103 Rice. All of them do it
Please fix it or remove Manager Mode

I hope they manage to fix it as it's very frustrating
@auiac6caqeze From what I have heard it is improved - not so many passes out of bounds by the AI
