FC mobile

Hello EA Support Team,

I have been experiencing a problem with EA SPORTS FC Mobile for several days.

Whenever I launch the game, it downloads the initial resources and reaches the green FC logo on a black screen. However, it gets stuck on this screen and keeps loading indefinitely. It never takes me to the main menu.

I have tried different VPN servers and internet connections, but the problem still persists.

Interestingly, I still receive notifications about new events, rewards, and in-game updates, but I cannot open the game to access them.

I have not received any new game update, and this issue started suddenly.

My device is a Xiaomi POCO X6 Pro (12GB RAM, 512GB storage).

Could you please investigate this issue and let me know how I can fix it?
