GOODBYE, FC MOBILE!

Hello! I finally gave up. I'm leaving the game, and I will have to delete my account. For two years, I have been playing at a significant disadvantage, facing some gameplay issues that do not happen to other users. One of the main issues is the automatic kick with the red exclamation mark. When I have possession of the ball, a red exclamation mark appears, and my player kicks the ball away, causing me to lose possession. Over the years, I have sought help from EA, but I have not been successful. They have told me that it is "unusual behavior," but they have done nothing to help. I believe my account has been hacked. I endured it for a long time, too long, and even managed to develop skills to overcome the problems, but I can't take it anymore. The issue has now become worse, more constant, putting me at a very significant disadvantage.

I have been very reluctant to make this decision because I have dedicated a lot of time, invested money, and I know I will lose all my investment. I want to make it clear that I am being forced to stop playing, absolutely frustrated and dissatisfied with the situation. I like the game; I think it has many qualities, but unfortunately, many problems as well. Support is one of them. How can the game developer itself not know how to solve this problem? How can this be possible?

The video below is a small sample of what happens to me in every game for the past two years. At first, I thought it was something normal in the game to prevent passive play in defense. I thought it was absurd because no other game has this, not even the console version of the same game, but I thought it was part of the game. Then I realized it only happened to me. It is very unfair.

That's it! I have lost hope of having my problem resolved, so I am leaving here my discontent for having played at a disadvantage for so long and still having to delete my account because I can no longer have fun. This is just one of many other problems, like packs that always come with the minimum prize, passes that turn into shots, sprints that turn into passes, and so on.

I don't know why this happened to my account; I never did anything wrong, never used any external apps, nothing. All I know is that it has been like this since the 2022 World Cup event. Now it has worsened to the point where I can't take it anymore. I can't play with such a disadvantage anymore. I really want to understand this problem and why it has no solution. I wish I could play like my opponents. I think only a new account would help. Two years of progress will be thrown away.

  • The exclamation point happens when you're in possession of the ball for too long and then pass it to a defender who is under pressure....it exists to minimize time wasting and back-passing to defenders..

    5s is too long? Cause I never keep the ball more than 3s for player. Im telling you, in my account this happens really fast

    @Bantucabo It is introduced with those advanced settings with WC. If you wan't, I can send you my settings because I haven't seen that once.

    It was introduced to prevent backpassing so, when the player is under pressure, he kicks the ball rught aeay.
  • @Bantucabo There is nothing wrong with your account - the auto clear (with the red exclamation mark) has been in h2h for a couple of years as a means to stop players scoring and then just passing the ball around their back half for the rest of the match.

    If customer service told you otherwise then they have it wrong, and I will pass on that feedback to them.

    If you linked your account then you able to reinstate it - just follow the instructions below or contact customer service.

    It's my opinion for you to quit is a dumb idea. After all the money you've spent, you may as well have thrown it away. 

    We've all had issues at on time or another, but we still play because we love football. And to just chuck it all away because something doesn't suit you is not only a waste of money, but also all the hours of your time playing, building a team.

    You should reconsider and play on like the rest of us. In the long run, I think you'll be glad you did.

    @LeeHayle55 its not that doesnt suits me, it doesnt allow me to play. Simple as that. Theres no game at all for me. Happens way too fast.

    @mendozzamagic think you and guys here got it all wrong. The issue with the exclamation point is that it happens way too fast for me. I've suffered a lot with players passing ball back, nothing happens with them. I pass the ball fast, always attacking. I cant keep the ball for 3s, why the others can? Doenst matter now cause I stopped playing. Just watch the video. That used to happen fast, and all the time, for me .. Im done now, but thanks ..

    @mendozzamagic and, yes, customer service told me that it was a abnormal behavior and never gave me a feedback on it.

    @Bantucabo Customer service often don’t play the game themselves, so dont understand the intricacies of gameplay, they are there mostly to deal with account and payment issues - the red exclamation mark in h2h is you holding ball in the back half too long and not moving forward - and yes, three to five seconds would be about right if you are holding the ball in your back half.

    There is nothing wrong with your game, it is not bugged, but if you don’t want to play it because of that feature of the gameplay, then that is absolutely your right to do so.

    (and yes, I did watch the video, a couple of times / you have been in your back half the whole time and then pass back as you near the half way line - that will happen every time in h2h - just don’t pass back in that situation and move across the half way line)
