Creating a new post

Hey FC Mobile Community, 

You may be looking to create a post to share feedback on our game with the community or our games team, get technical assistance, or might be running into an issue with progression.

If you are looking for technical assistance or need to create a bug post, be sure to provide the following:

• What is happening?
• Does this only happen in one mode or area of FC Mobile?
• Which device (make/model) do you play on?
• Do you get any error messages?
• Screenshots of how your game appears...

To create a new post on the EA Sports FC Mobile boards, go through the following steps and fill in each section highlighted:

Click the " New Topic" option:

Next, fill in the Subject and Description fields. You can also use this page to add an image, or video or attach a file. Once you're done click the submit button to create the post.

Once you've created a post the community or a community manager will be able to reply, share information, or add their own thoughts about the topic of the post.

From time to time you might see community managers merge posts together or move them to different areas of AHQ, this is done to help keep the boards more organized and collect information on the potential issues depending on the post.
