H2H problems

i am utterly disgusted at the H2H matchmaking system, as a player myself i am very unsatisfied with how low OVR players perform better than high OVR player for example 70 OVR CB somehow outpace my OVR 105 Nico williams , and then there is alot of H2H Hackers which makes me disconnect and let them fight bots and make my rank lower and lower , to fix this simple steps are actually very easy which is just let players RECONNECT to the game after disconnecting , also changing wifi , adjusting brightness on iphone also sometimes disconnect me even if it only takes 15 seconds. This is all the flaws of H2H system and it is disgusting of how many flaws there is i hope the system adjusts the player stats and ingame experience , fix the disconnecting issues and fix the hackers that is exploiting the system by making other player disconnect from the game.
