H2H World Cup Tournament based on Rank Levels

"I suggest adding a Live World Cup Mode played in Head-to-Head H2H format.

Instead of playing against AI, players should compete against real opponents globally.

To make it fair, the tournaments should be divided by Rank Levels e.g., a separate World Cup for World Class, another for Legendary, and one for FIFA Champions.

This would create a real competitive 'Qualifiers' feel where every player fights for a world title within their own skill bracket. This is a feature many players have been dreaming
