Having problems selling player's
I've spoken to the support team and they have informed me that there's a bug on my account but want to try find out weather it's global everytime I try sell a plater it keeps saying its untradable it...
- @paulbanks1992 sometimes you just get a customer service rep who doesn’t have experience with the game - post a screen shot of your market screen and then of the player details of a card that is showing as untradable.
Do you have any cards that are tradable? Can you purchase ca low value card from the market and then put it up for sale?
Post some screen shots and then I can get an idea of whether something funky is going on or whether you have just hit a customer service rep who has given you some bad advice!
(And if it is the latter - I will get you to DM me details and I can feed that back to the EA Help team)
