Help

Can somebody help. I can not understand how other players defend. I tried all tactics( defending/ attacking), i tried changing the settings and nothing works. Why are my defenders get out of possition and have trouble following the opposite players or have that magnet effect while the others dont. how they can stay on theyr feets when i am turning and follow me so closely. they dont have the fullbacks running around and the gap between defence and midfield is very small.  i am having trouble when they run on the flanks and manage to do the lane change over and over and get inside the box and score while i cant even turn without having two players on my back. if i do a lane change it goes straight into the defender, if i do a finesse shot it is saved and they allways have a second player without leaving gaps in the defence. they all play 433 att, have the same players like i do( more or less).
