How to enable third party apps
My ad preferences are disabled I can't watch any ads that's why I am missing all the rewards

Thank you for looking into the matter. I am unable to watch advertisements. It's is showing sorry there are no ads now. This is causing me not to complete my daily quest and also get gems and extra event points. I have attached the screenshot of these messages which i received from clicking the watch ads button in the daily quest section, utots, tots section and each and everywhere we get an option to watch advertisements. I went to Settings>legal to edit my advertisement preferences but the edit button has been disabled. I even tried changing this setting by going into the official ea page but that is also of no use. Please help

Thanks for the additional information. Have you already tried to clear the app's cache and check if you have ad offers appear?
I have already tried doing that and I have uninstalled and installed the games countless times but it's of no use. I don't know why the edit button of advertisement preferences option is disabled
