How to retrieve my data for fc mobile

Hi, I accidentally deleted away the FC mobile and now i cant seem to retrieve my old data for the game. can anyone kindly advise? Thank you Best regards kelvin

Hey there.

As explained in this article, you can restore your progress only if your account is linked. For that, you need to log in with the same account.

If that profile was only a guest account or if it was overwritten by another profile, there's not much we can do in this situation.

So I've linked accounts and I'm trying to move from one phone to another android to apple... Linked accounts but not restoring data from old phone. Just working like it's a new membership.. any ideas what I can do?
