I bought fc points in fc mobile but it don't come

I purchased the 2x top up fc points 2,000 for 11 dollars or ₹999 but did not receive it.It shows that it debited my money.

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your purchase to show up in game. When did you buy your points?

I have not received my 2k fc coins and it’s been 2 days I have proof and what do I do is fc scamming me btw this is fc mobile
