I've had the same thing happen with another player. I had to use the untradable player to rank up the tradable one.
- @LeeHayle55 its a glitch - you can't rank up the untraceable card. You will need to rank yourmarket card to 2 ranks and the get to rank 3 using the untraceable
I just tried to rank up the undradable lvl 2 rank Eusebio with the lvl 2 rank tradable Eusebio and it still doesnt work netheir does it work the other way around.
- @eiu18f81buit You won’t be able to rank up the untradeable with anything but a universal rank card - you should however be able to rank up a tradeable player using the same or lower ranked untradeable card.
Post some screen shots of the two cards in your inventory and then what you see when you try to rank the tradeable card
