I can't increase the graphics level EA FC MOBILE

I have a problem with the game graphics because I can't increase them even though my device meets the minimum and maximum requirements it asks for, I don't know why that error is there and I don't know if I'm the only one who has it (maybe not)... help me please

PS: My phone has Android 13 and has 8 GB of ram + 256 GB of internal storage that I have left... The image I attached is in Spanish because it is my language, and what it says is that I can't increase the quality because the phone is not currently compatible..

Its the game not your phone and u cant do anything probably till the game updates

I have the problem as well. It was okay on my Samsung s23 ultra, but when I upgraded to the s24 ultra this started to happen.

Any update on this? Galaxy s24 graphics are stuck just below ultra...
Please fix it!

Nothing to update, everything remains the same... I hope it is corrected with the new update these days

@ee853a97a1e36844 I think with the forthcoming update - but I can’t recall exactly and it is nighttime where my EA contacts are.

Found the relevant thread - a week or two ago advice was they were working to get into with the forthcoming update

Hmmm. The latest download didn't include a fix or is this not the one?
