I can't rank up a player.

Hello my name is Tudor, in FC Mobile, my name is Tudor_02, and i have a inssue.

 I have 2 players, the same, and i wanna rank up one of them, is not working.

    @Tudor_202 the first screen shot shows training level - you cant go past 5 unless you have ranked your player (maximum training level is 30)

    To rank a player you need a dupliate of their card

    Rank 1 = 1 card, 2 = 1, 3 = 2, 4 = 5, 5 = 10 ... so if you have 20 of the same card you can rank to level 5 and get a 5 OVR boost

    @PRO-HACKER-0707 yeah that would be no fun ... but it's not a fraud, the odds of success are clearly there on the ranking screen.

    i have learned over the years with this game to always read the instructions and never bet on beating the odds.

    Hi There

    I reported this via EA Help chat  - they advised i submit here

    i have 2 player cards both 87 Overall Remero Goal keepers

    When i try rank up the player the second card does not pull into the the rank selection screen

    Please see screenshots attached

    I have Unlocked the players

    i have restarted the game

    i have since ranked up another player successfully 

    not sure if its worth keeping the players 

    Let me know if any more info is needed

    Hello @grantgrobler 

    Are you sure you have two Romero's and that you haven't put both of them in one of your teams?

    The easiest way is to post a screenshot of your two Romeros from the player inventory.

    There you can see whether you have the players in a team line-up🧐

    @grantgrobler That second screen where you look at the subs is bugged - if you have two Romero then you will see them in your inventory screen.

    Go to inventory and post us a screen shot.

    Also, if you have a tradeable and an untradeable, you can rank the the tradable but not the untradable …

    i have two boniface but i cant upgrade it
