I can't rank up my icon journey Zidane ovr 92. I already have universal rank up.

@vox5tqrbculz Universal Rank Up 81 Dudek is for 80 - 89 OVR Base players. 91 Mascherano for 90+ OVR Base players

If base card is under 90 but upgraded to 90 (Ex: Neymar Jr 89 OVR ranked up to 90) you will need Dudek even though it's 90 because the base card was lower than 90.
