I have not yet received my refund, Please help me
Hello! I have requested EA for a refund as my little cousin spent money without my consent. Around the 2nd or 3rd week of February, I stopped playing FC mobile as I prepared for a month long admission for the Philippine National Police Academy. During that time my cousin borrows my phone as a way to kill time, I do not mind him playing, and told him not to do anything that causes me a problem. But the little **bleep**er spent around 20k php during those time without telling me, my Apple Account was connected to my sister’s GCash, a popular mobile wallet service popular in the Philippines. And since I was in a admission process my sister thought it was for that purposes. I only found out after opening my FC mobile on March 15 about the spendings, subsequently I discovered that I could request a refund come March 18. As a student and still dependent on my allowance, I really need that money now, so I am hoping for help to get back what have been spent, I do not mind losing my account as long as I get that money back please!
My refund request to EA Help was labeled as “Resolved”. However, that was not the case, the account have not yet received any refund. I would like to request a follow up on the matter as I am in an urgent need for it, please understand my circumstances as I am a student dependent on it. Thank you!
