I lost my 112 Rivaldo

My rivaldo ballon dor player's display disappeared even though there are still players

Rivaldo is in the left winger position.The field is empty.

I recently got Rivaldo 112 GRL  in a Ballon Dor pack... but his icon is transparent 😞

Its so much **bleep** frustrating!!!!! They took my rivaldo by showing this mf!!!!! I want my rivaldo back!!!!! My id is NunuMia, plsss ea i want rivaldo back i grinded hard for it ;((

Hi developer of ea i am facing an bug in fc mobile when i open team section my newly packed rivaldo is not showing when i swiped my bale card and rivaldo card that invisible rivaldo become'd bale 🤦 can you fixe the bug please

I exchanged my 112 rivaldo ballon d’or card because it shows a picture and name of another played that i initially want to exchange (mac allister). now that my rivaldo card is gone because of this bug, how will i be compensated?

I attached a picture of another fc mobile player facing the same issue, his rivaldo card shows as doue. 

I lost my rivaldo 112 I would like to get it back because I paid for it. It doesn't show up in the game or in my lineup even though I bought it.

I got the 112 Rivaldo today and wanted to put it in my team, but the display is gone. EA just fix your bugs!

Hi, today I run, into broblem, so what happened? So, I was playing FC MOBILE, on a Moring, 16.10, on Finnish. My team management is broken, when I Palace 112 Overall "Rivaldo" on bench, it's invisible, or player, who change place, with "Rivaldo".
