I miss the days when you could buy Chinese soccer players with OVR 60 or lower

Can you please make it possible to create Chinese football league players like in the old days of Fc mobile games? In the past, it was easy to create players and sell and buy players. Now, it's not K-League but the creation of Chinese football league players is restricted so there are no people selling them and there are just a lot of people waiting to buy them. I miss the old days  I regret it. Please help me.

    I don't intend to curse you anymore. But your work is too hard, so it may be hard for you to listen to me. But I can understand you. But even if you can't grant my request, please respect my opinion. I wanted to ask you because I want to create a Chinese professional soccer team.
