If you r asking if you can have valverde as RB, yes u can and his stats look good for an attacking full back.  But u need to rank him up to gold so as not to lose ovr.

If you prefer having someone who plays the position, I suggest Trent ( if u can buy) or Carvajal(if u have the current event shards), good value for Ur spend.

That really depends on what you’re looking for in the game. There are plenty of solid right-backs out there. Is your squad built around a theme?
