I find it hard to believe the ToS team is doing a full manual review on cases and instead are answering from a template they are given which is why the responses are so robotic like giving no explanation or a reason why. Im thinking that the automated ban system are picking up on false suspicion which is frustrating for us customers when we just wanna game, well-knowingly we have done nothing wrong and are left with no help afterwards

I've contacted them two more times, and their response indicate that either there's no automated ban system and they're basically guessing, or the system needs a lot more work and the team behind it are clueless.
But since contacting them proved to be pointless. If the ban was permanent then I would've lost an 8 year old account at someone's else's whim, and there's nothing I could do about it.
