IPAD 9TH GEN COMMENTARY AND ATMOSPHERE ISSUE
Subject: FC Mobile Crashes When Enabling Commentary & Stadium Atmosphere on iPad 9th Gen

Hi EA Support,
I’m experiencing a crash issue in FC Mobile on my iPad 9th Gen (latest iOS version). The game runs perfectly on the highest settings without commentary and stadium atmosphere, but as soon as I enable them, the game crashes when loading a match.
What I’ve Tried:
• Lowering graphics settings (still crashes).
• Deleting and redownloading commentary & stadium atmosphere.
• Trying different commentary languages (still crashes).
• Reinstalling the game completely.
• Resetting iPad settings.
• Checking for iOS and game updates.
This issue started recently, as the game used to run fine on the highest settings with commentary and atmosphere enabled. I believe this may be a bug affecting the iPad 9th Gen.
Could you please look into this and provide a fix or workaround? Thanks!
