This used to be an ongoing issue for ages, the most commonly used fix was to reset your advert ID.
Android - Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID
iPhones - Settings > Privacy & Security > Advertising > Reset Advertising Identifier
By doing this also my issue have not been solved
