Issue with league request

Hello everyone,

I am an admin in a league and we got a request from another player to join the league afterwhich he deleted his account 

Now we have his request hanging there, we can't delete it and certainly can't accept it so it keeps a hanging notification all the time that we can't deal with 

Anyone have any idea how to get rid of this?
