League tournament

I'm playing in my league tournament, and my first turn starts with one of my players on the right side, just outside the 18 yard box. I tap in the top of the box, and before the pass gets to the spot where another player is heading, play ends. It lasted all of about 3 seconds. 

Can EA make a minimum of at least 5 or 6 seconds per turn?
