Login conflict (Hacked account)
Hello! There was a hacker in my FC Mobile Account. I enabled 2FA and changed my primary email and password. I did the same for my email, but I still get a login conflict while I am in the game, which means he can still access my account. How can I solve that issue as soon as possible? He also sold some of my players and wasted my coins. I need help as soon as possible. Thanks in advance!
- @TuCoKing Hi mate - you need to contact the terms of service team, but also a question … are you playing the game on more than one device? Because if you are, and you don’t force close the app on each device when you finish playing, you will also get that message.
(That of course doesn’t explain the missing players, but just pointing out that that can also trigger that warning)
