Login conflict (Hacked account)

Hello! There was a hacker in my FC Mobile Account. I enabled 2FA and changed my primary email and password. I did the same for my email, but I still get a login conflict while I am in the game, which means he can still access my account. How can I solve that issue as soon as possible? He also sold some of my players and wasted my coins. I need help as soon as possible. Thanks in advance!

I really hope someone helps me with something useful that actually solves that issue before that hacker deletes my account. I don't need these automated messages

@TuCoKing Hi mate - you need to contact the terms of service team, but also a question … are you playing the game on more than one device? Because if you are, and you don’t force close the app on each device when you finish playing, you will also get that message.

(That of course doesn’t explain the missing players, but just pointing out that that can also trigger that warning)

Note that I removed your screen shot - you don’t want to have your user id on a public forum …

Hey man, did this ever help anybody? I am still stuck at this and still getting Login Conflict, the agents on EA support website has 2 solutions:
    1. Reset password and add 2FA (I did it 5 times so far)
    2. Talk to in game support, guess what they never reply lol

941230766R - Typically, posting on a year-old thread is considered necroposting, but in this instance, I'll leave it here as it's a valid question for overall account security. If OP elects to answer, then great.

However, I will point out one thing: the processes with hacked accounts, etc, haven't changed. If you are experiencing a similar issue, follow the info on the links Mendozza posted.
