Manager mode is terrible
What is wrong with manager mode, my team just won’t play, they can’t put 3 passes together, they do everything not to score, seriously it would be easier to score but my team go out of their way not ...

Yes bro, same here this is just fc mobiles trick that to force us to buy players for example when we lose the game we will think that its our team or the player is not good enough so we will try buying new players. For me i just compared the top 5 players in manager mode like the fifa champions i do have better players than them. This is very frustrating. I tried everything but no use . Some time we will win all games and all of a sudden it will begin to lose
MM is good for one thing and that is to indicate when the games AI is working against you, if you find your losing every H2H even though your dominant the opponents or keep hitting the post in VSA, then just play one MM match and see how it goes if you find your players are missing easy chances, not tackling, not completing passes, opponents keepers save every shot, your players drive easy chances wide and your players are out paced to every ball, it means the game AI is working against you, so just delete the app, turn off your phone, turn it on again, and reinstall the app, I know you shouldn’t have to do this but this solves the problem for me
We seem to have this or a similar discussion every other month. My opinion remains the same. Manager mode should be its own, hopefully well designed game. Mixing and matching MM with player controlled modes appears to have a lot of unintended and undesirable consequences, diluting all game modes. I don’t play MM, and I would be happy to see it go.

I have confronted with all new 104 player squad, they are still bad at passing as well.
