Manager mode is terrible

What is wrong with manager mode, my team just won’t play, they can’t put 3 passes together, they do everything not to score, seriously it would be easier to score but my team go out of their way not too, they dominate in possession nearly every game, but the players just dance around the box passing it over and back and never shoot, now the defenders or just standing there like they are waiting for instruction, they never tackle, they run away from the ball, if the ball is in contest between my player and the opponents player my player just stops running for the ball, even if he is closer to the ball he makes the effort to run for it but then just stops before he gets there, like WTF

    Since the June update, the manager mode has encountered issues that affect passing accuracy regardless of player ratings or team composition. Winning matches now seems to depend on capitalizing on opponents' passing mistakes rather than skillful play. As a result, the overall enjoyment and appreciation of the game have diminished. It would be greatly appreciated if the developers could address and resolve this passing accuracy problem, as it is negatively impacting the gameplay experience.

    @Shmily_TiAmo The update improved passing for the modes where you control your player … the impact on the AI passing accuracy was unintended

    I've done all this myself and seen my players pass to the other team in my own box and let them score! I've seen my 120 rated player stop and pass to nothing lol this mode is a joke! The ai is terrible

    I feel your pain, I have the same issues, my 116 rated team with 120 etc who is super slow and passes to no-one or my team throwing the ball to them when my players are up the pitch, or how the other team seem to have 20 strikers running at my 2 players and score from half way line hahaha wtf is this crap! Ea broke something again. No surprise tbh.. its why I stopped playing fifa a long time ago.
