Manager mode needs to improve!

I enjoy manger mode so much! But it feels that everyone who puts out 4-3-3 formation have 30% more chances of wining. I have a 99 ovrl team and I have constructed it carefully that every player suits great for the role and position. And I want to play 3-5-2 possessional play based on passes. I don't want to play with four defenders. No matter the variations of tactics I set up, it is always so difficult to play against most of the opponents that play that formations. And most of the players play it just because it gives them best chances to win.
