Misleading information in the “EA FC mobile” shop
Hello, i just Made a purchase I EA FC of about 20 US dollars to get 3 in-game packs containing a 33,33… % chance of getting a 100 OVR player which means I would have a 100% chance of getting a 100 OVR player. Instead of getting my guaranteed 100OVR player I got the same 99 OVR player three times I a row. After this I went and completed an exchange with the three players I just got and 4 players that I bought of the market. This pack also had a 33,33…% chance of containing a 100 OVR player but like before it just contained the same player I had just got three times before. This means that the chances written in the pack’s description I completely false. This happened at around 16:00-16:20. I want my money spent on fc points back because of the misleading text written in the description of the pack. Thank you /Uno

While I can understand why that would be the thought, I'm afraid that's not quite how the odds work.
This would just mean you have 3 individual chances of getting the 100 OVR player, they don't add together to equal a 100% chance.
If you flip a coin, there's a 50% chance you get heads. That doesn't mean if you flip a coin twice, you're guaranteed to get heads. On each flip it's still just as likely you get tails.
That would be the same situation here. If the pack odds are 33%, you'd have to look at that for each individual pack regardless of how many you're opening.
