Missing items from Carnival box

Hello, At approximately 3 AM UTC I bought Carnival Box for 1000 FC points but I only got a few amount of coins. Thanks for the reply

If you opened the 1000 point carnival box then you would have received 5 million coins

You should still have access to that offer as there will be seven further claims available, but if you have claimed it and received the coin prize available as part of it, then support won’t be able to do much for you
