My account is having bad luck.

Hello ea, my account is having bad luck. I'm opening packs and no one is showing up. I'm fed up. Please improve my luck a little Thank you for your wonderful game

Hey folks,

I've merged your posts together as they touch on the same question: pack probability.

In short, the probability of pack drops is the same for everyone. This means no one is given a better chance than others to get better items from packs. All accounts have the same chance to make sure it's fair for everyone.

For the glorious eras event, the back luck and probability is a disaster. I opened so many 3k and 7.5k gems packs and I'm getting just 2 players one is Sow and the other one is James Tavernier. Please fix it guys at this point, it's impossible to increase the count of shards.

From what I know and what I read
Pack luck is based on an algorithm,but why does that algorithm favor certain people who sometimes don't even put effort in playing the game
Personally I've been playing the game for 2 years,and I have never packed a highest rated players in the store
