My account is having bad luck.

Hello ea, my account is having bad luck. I'm opening packs and no one is showing up. I'm fed up. Please improve my luck a little Thank you for your wonderful game

    Hey folks, 

    I've merged your posts together as they touch on the same question: pack probability. 

    In short, the probability of pack drops is the same for everyone. This means no one is given a better chance than others to get better items from packs. All accounts have the same chance to make sure it's fair for everyone.

    If you pay actual real money your luck will improve. Cash is the only thing ea cares about.

    Not same.. im join group on fb around the work to observe... The one who never topup will get higher luck chance. If u ever topup once your luck will going bad.. i try open new account without topup yes, goodluck chance very higher.. in topup account buy 100-115 pack 10 times 9 times u will get 100 to 105 player 1 times u get 106 to 107.. in never topup account same method 5 times u get 100 to 105, 3 times get 106-108 and 2 times u get 111-113. It is pack luck or system setup to make people who topup once to topup again?

    Na man then why in the current event I have to go every time to the 100 th pack to get a 116 and on the other hand my friends are getting 117 by opening a single draft .

    In the current event I have spend 300k gems and nearly 70$ and I have only one 117 and that too I got from the free 10 draft token people got on first day . And my friend got Dembele,nuno and gullit 1 after another by just spending 90k gems. And you say odds are same lol.
