My account is suspended
Hello EA Support Team,
My EA Sports FC Mobile account has been suspended for 28 days, showing an in-game ban notification. However, when I checked my EA Penalty History page, no violations or bans are listed there.
I believe this suspension is a mistake or a false positive, as I have strictly followed all fair play rules and have not used any third-party software, hacks, or illegal coin transfers. Since the ban is not visible on the portal, I am submitting this request directly.
Please review my in-game account activity manually and lift the suspension.
