Unfortunately we can'help with bans here on the forums. id you'd like to raise a dispute, I'd recommend reaching out to our terms of service team. They can take a look at this for you. I should also note that sharing your account is against our terms of service, and that if you do so you're still responsible for anything that happens on your account.
