I have a problem with my phone (Realme 10) that it does not support 60 fps inside the game, even though the requirements for 60 fps are available on my phone. Phones with lower capabilities than my phone support 60 fps. This problem has been going on with me since last season and I talked to support for 4 months and they did not solve my problem. How do I solve the 60 fps problem and it is from the game? These are the specifications of my phone: Name: Realme 10 Processor: MediaTek Helio G99 Ram: 8GB GPU: Mali-G57 MC2 DISPLAY: Super AMOLED, 90Hz.

I don't have the 60 fps setting turned on in my game, but I have an android phone that can easily play 60 fps. My phone realme 10 (RMX3630) has 8 gb ram 256 gb and MediaTek Helio G99 (MT6789) processor. The lack of 60 fps support despite these features is ridiculous. It shouldn't be hard for you to optimize the game to 60 fps for more phones or processors. So I request you to solve this problem.

I have an android phone with better specs than most of the requirements you listed in your help article, but I can't play 60fps just because the brand and processor are not among the requirements. That's why I say you need to optimize your game for more phones and more processors. It's very frustrating to have an amdroid phone that can easily play your game at 60 fps, but to be forced to play the game at 30 fps just because the game is not optimized for that phone or its processor. You should optimize your game for more android phones and more processors. For a brand like Realme, which has managed to make a name for itself and a processor like Mediatek, which is used in most of the phones, it should be unacceptable that the game is not optimized. The game doesn't run 60fps on almost all android devices except one or two android devices. Considering how diverse and numerous Android devices are, it is obvious that the requirements for mobile system requirements are quite limited. And there is no excuse for 60fps to be optimized only for certain snapdragon processors (and these are limited) and not for a processor like mediatek. And we're not asking them to optimize for a completely different operating system. We literally want it to be optimized for phones using the same operating system as the requirements. And again, no. For a huge game company like EA, this is something they can easily fix. It's funny that a company like EA can't do this when there are other big game companies that can achieve much more difficult optimizations.

how can EA be so idiotic, most other game only require the phone to be powerful enough to unlock higher graphic setting, but you guys instead posting an arbitrary phone make and type that will have more settings unlocked, instead of your game detecting if the spec is good enough for more setting to be available

@mendozzamagic What is the problem with my phone my phone supports 60 fps in many games. Can't the game solve the problem with an update?

@qwomo0ll2hgc It’s a particular issue with that brand of phone and the drivers that it uses - it works on pretty much all Android devices except for realme and one or two others that use a particular driver that is incompatible.

It sucks for people with those devices, but it’s not something that EA can easily fix

Game is very good, but I can't play 60 fps and high graphics. My device is Poco M6 Pro 4g(8gb ram) , Helio g99 better than snapdragon 732g and 680. Please do the optimization for mediatek Helio g99

Any football game like fc mobile if support only 30 Fps then people never play properly against 60 fps support players
because of smoothness .

@mendozzamagicIt seems that dear ea knows how to add arbitrary phone brands for +90 fps but they are too busy to optimise for phones that have a better system than the arbitrary phone brands they show just to play 60 fps, but whose brand is not among those phones. And please don't come back with a nonsensical answer like "it's not working because there's a problem with the drivers of the phone brand you have", that's exactly what optimisation is for. It's not too hard to honestly answer that "ea just doesn't do it because they are too busy making multibillions and therefore too unconcerned to take care of their users' problems that can be solved in a simple way".
