How many more examples does this community have to post before someone at EA finally acknowledges what's happening?

The world moves forward by confronting problems, not by cowardly pretending they don't exist.

Don't pretend you're incapable of understanding what players have been pointing out for years. You know exactly what we're talking about. The real question is: why hasn't it been improved?

Hopefully, you're capable of doing more than posting copy-paste replies and saying, "We'll pass the feedback along", The community deserves real answers, not endless silence about the same recurring issues.

Watch the videos. Look at the screenshot. They show some of the most common issues players have been reporting for years:

• Connection Lost: force players out of matches, requiring the game to be restarted, with the match then recorded as "no result" despite it not being the player's fault. This happen when users is about to win the match :)
• Players suddenly behaving unpredictably, making inexplicably poor touches, delayed reactions, slow moves or completely misplaced passes straight to the opponent :) :) this really annoys users.
• Gameplay suddenly becoming unresponsive, making it difficult or impossible to control movement, passing, shooting, or defending properly --> often leading to missed chances or easy goals for the opponent.

Why dont you accept that everything is "working as intended."?
