No Button to link FCMobile with EA or Google

I cannot link my FC Mobile to an account as there is no button to press to link my account. I want to take my progress to my new phone but i have no clue how to do this Can someone help me here ? ...

@mendozzamagic thats ecxatly what i tried today for 3 hours, but the support didn´t get my problem, and told me that this impossible because i have the right age in my EA-account.

They dont understand that its the age that you input during installation fc mobile on the device and not the EA-acc.
