NO VALUE REWARDS

Hi EA help, I'm playing ea fcmobile since 2017, and since last 4 months this game is making me delete it several times. Since the euro event, I'm not packing a single highest ovr player for any particular event going on. Neither from exchange nor from the store.

I opens 3k gems pack and do daily bonus exchange atleast 4 times a week, since last 4 events, HOL, RETRO STARS, ANNIVERSARY, TRICK OR TREAT, I haven't packed a single highest ovr player from this events. One event last for 28 days, and I use 3k gems offers atleast 4 times a week. Which means in this 4 events I used atleast 64 - 3k gems offers and I did 64 exchanges plus side events and flash sale, and during all of this events I used total of 300k+ gems, But after the euro event I'm not packing a single highest ovr player. Now the ballon d'or event has started, and it's been 1 week since the event started and again the same bad luck continues. Ik the luck works on algorithm but what kind of algorithm is this, everyone is packing atleast one good player every week and I'm not packing a single highest ovr player from last 4 events, last 16 weeks. 

I don't wanna mention about division rivals packs because I grind division rivals a lot everyday and i haven't packed single highest ovr player from the store neither from the season end rewards.

I hope you understand my frustration.

So Please do something about it.
