Not good

Can someone help me understand why do we have to start from the beginning?

    Having never played Fifa/EA FC, I'm not going to be able to give you any advice, but hopefully someone here will be able to do so instead.

    @uh0ls1qq39ua You should know by now there is noone from EA here to solve your problem. This is a players forum and we can just exchange experience. If you want a refund you can try opening a case through game but you probably won't get anything.

    So you’re not AE fc mobile manager??? In the Ae game there is a customer services they gave me this link bc your the higher level manager?

    @uh0ls1qq39uaNo. I'm just a player thats here for years. As you see, no EA official has answered any of your posts but lets hope they do.

    There are EA community managers in these forums but, as you can check, they appear in the posts about naming&shaming or unsupported language.
