Not got all of my pioneer players in FC24 that I got in FC23
You may have confused normal Founders and Pioneer players.
Pioneer players are the ones with the triangle point things at the edges of the card.
You're saying you've had 50 - 60 pioneer players? Nope, that's normal founder players without the triangles at the edges of their cards.
That's why you thought you had a lot of pioneer players. Hope this helps.
Is it normal that my players are gone? As a reward I've got 2 players from my old team.

Yes, that is unfortunately normal, every year or every new season all progress, experience points, training, coins, gems and so on are always reset🤷🏻♂️😇

As far as I can see from your screenshot you had 4 pioneer players at Fifamobile 23 one of them double (Grealish).
So you should have got 3-4 pioneer players in EA Sports FC 24. Is this not the case?

I had over 60 pioneer players like 118 havertz, 114 ugarte, castellanos, telles 116 zaha and more but the only players I got is Grealish and moukoko
How does the pioneer player work??? I had so many of them like zaha and havertz which was really high but got Grealish and moukoko only

Grealish and Moukoko the only pioneers in those screenshots - that is all you should have received
