Notification for league members that registered in tournament

I'm a league admin, and one of the most annoying thing in managing a league tournament is to see many members not doing their turns in tournament. We lost quite a lot just because many members not do...

    EA_Pulsar actually we already have this feature for years .. it just the feature disappeared after the league update ... now we only have notification on quest, rewards, application (for admins), but none for tournament ..
