Opened pack with 1250 gem but lost in network failure

I opened Hot Defender pack with 1250 gem and gem got deducted. But due to network failure I got nothing - no coins and players !  How to resolve this? Please HELP

    @gxwbqs1cz7g5 Contact customer support via the in game settings menu and tell them you have missing content
