Hello EA Support Team,
I need help accessing my EA account.
When I try to verify my account, the system says that a verification code was sent to an email address shown as em*****@gmail.com. However, I have never created or owned this email address, and I cannot access it.
I can still access and play FC Mobile on my device normally, but I am unable to receive the verification code or manage my EA account.
I believe this EA account was created automatically when I first logged into the game using my platform account.
Could you please help me update or change the email address linked to my EA account so I can complete verification?
Here is my information:
- Game: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
- Platform: Android
- In-game name: (MANUUUU)
- Device model: (VIVO V27 )
