@lzu5ar4j0kjk because there are no sub 60 OVR players being released … the influx of low OVR Chinese League players came from a pack in the first hero’s chapter where you got 11 45+ CSL players, so there is currently a lot available.
No other <60 players have been released since the very beginning of the game when people got their initial bronze squad, so there is zero supply, making the market listings flat at the cap price for each <60 player card
