All player cards are subject to licensing arrangements though, so any new releases will be dependent on what licensing is in place with a particular league, national federation or in some cases particular player.

Even though they are soccer players for training and practice purposes, there are probably many people who use Chinese soccer league players. Please tell those people not to stop producing soccer players with an OVR of 59 or lower. I really ask for this.
